Position: Sales Executive – Collection

Role Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to grow our customer base, drive revenue, and promote sustainable waste collection solutions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and passionate about building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Growth

  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the waste management and recycling sector.
  • Develop strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Generate leads, prospect potential clients, and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients to drive retention and satisfaction.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Client Meetings & Presentations

  • Meet clients to understand their waste management needs.
  • Present customized solutions, proposals, quotations, and service packages.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective customers.

Contract Negotiation & Closing

  • Negotiate contracts with residential and commercial clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Ensure mutually beneficial agreements for both clients and the company.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
  • Track pipeline progress, conversion rates, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with logistics, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Support team initiatives and contribute to business growth.

Customer Support

  • Respond promptly to customer concerns or service issues.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement.

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of proven sales experience with strong performance results.
  • Experience in solution selling or B2B sales of services/products.
  • Background in sectors such as facility management, security services, waste management, or IT solutions is an added advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
