Position: Sales Representative

What You Will Do
- Recruit and onboard new insurance agents onto the platform
- Conduct product demos and clearly communicate the value of Agencify
- Support agents through onboarding and guide them to their first transaction
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into active transacting agents
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents through engagement campaigns, updates, and ongoing support
- Track and manage pipeline progress using CRM tools, ensuring daily updates
- Drive growth in Weekly Active Transacting Agents (WAT) and Gross Written Premium (GWP)
What We Are Looking For
- A proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented sales professional
- Strong ability to prospect, close deals, and nurture long-term relationships
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment
- Ability to work both in the field and through digital engagement channels
Requirements
- 1–2 years of proven experience in sales or business development
- Experience in insurance, insurtech, fintech, or distribution sales is an added advantage
- Motor insurance sales experience is highly desirable
- Strong CRM discipline and pipeline management skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets consistently

- Increased number of agents successfully signed up and onboarded
- Higher conversion of agents into first-time transactions
- Growth in Weekly Active Transacting Agents (WAT)
- Improved agent retention and reactivation rates
- Sustainable increase in Gross Written Premium (GWP)
