Hiring: Sales Administrator
Location: Syokimau

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our growing team. If you have experience supporting sales operations in a manufacturing environment and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in the hygiene products, medical liquids, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales order processing, customer service, and coordinating with production and logistics teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and prepare sales-related documentation.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate customer, sales, and order records.
  • Prepare sales reports and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
