Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Elevators Sales Manager to lead elevator sales operations across Kenya. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic client relationships, and delivering sustainable revenue performance in a competitive market environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of elevator products, solutions, and services across the Kenyan market.
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within corporate, commercial, and institutional sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract management with key clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic business planning.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while expanding market share.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably within the elevator industry, industrial products, construction solutions, or related sectors.
- Proven ability to generate new business and manage key accounts.
- Strong corporate relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated success in handling high-value negotiations and closing complex sales deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and business development capabilities.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
