Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Finance and Strategy, the Procurement Manager will lead the organization’s procurement function by developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, securing quality goods and services at competitive prices, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations.

The successful candidate will oversee supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, monitor procurement compliance, and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high standards of transparency, efficiency, and service delivery.

 

Key Requirements

Applicants should meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • At least six (6) years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, including three (3) years in a managerial or senior supervisory position.
  • Previous experience in a reputable organization, preferably within the automotive, fleet management, or service sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, vendor management, and cost optimization.
  • Strong ICT skills with hands-on experience using ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) or similar platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills, with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
