Role Overview
Tropical Heat is looking to recruit an experienced Head of Talent Management to lead its people strategy and strengthen organizational capability. The role will focus on talent development, performance management, leadership growth, and overall workforce effectiveness to support the company’s continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and workforce development.
- Lead recruitment frameworks to ensure effective and high-quality hiring across departments.
- Design and manage onboarding processes, performance systems, and leadership development initiatives.
- Promote a strong organizational culture through engagement and internal communication programs.
- Establish training plans, competency models, and clear career progression pathways.
- Support organizational design and enhance team structure and efficiency.
- Oversee HR systems and ensure accurate data management for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager on compliance, policies, and employee relations matters.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in HR, particularly in talent management and organizational development.
- Strong expertise in leadership development, culture building, and performance management.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing HR systems and frameworks.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
- Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs) and HRMIS platforms.
