Position: Executive Administrative Officer

• Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
• Location: Nairobi
• Experience: Minimum 7 years
• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc or equivalent)
• Department: Administration / Secretarial

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate should:

• Hold a degree from a recognised institution
• Have at least seven years’ experience supporting a Managing Partner or CEO, preferably within a busy law firm or similar institution
• Be highly computer literate
• Demonstrate initiative, drive, and strong work ethic
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exhibit strong organisational ability and perform well under pressure
• Work effectively with minimal supervision
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism
• Be a reliable team player
