About the Role

A leading Kenyan consultancy firm specializing in research, program evaluations, and technology solutions is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO. This role involves managing executive schedules, coordinating high-level operations, and supporting business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, discreet, and capable of navigating complex tasks in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare meeting agendas, pre-read materials, and executive summaries.
  • Attend meetings to take notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Create professional presentations, briefing documents, and executive decks.
  • Maintain operational dashboards, trackers, and project lists.
  • Liaise with department heads to monitor progress on key deliverables.
  • Manage personal and professional scheduling for the CEO, including reminders and light family logistics.
  • Shadow the CEO and senior leadership to learn workflows, decision-making, and executive practices.
  • Identify operational gaps and propose solutions.
  • Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person meetings.
  • Support HR and finance administrative tasks in coordination with centralised Group services.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in an Executive Assistant or senior support role, preferably in consulting, research, health, or professional services.
  • Strong ability to manage complex schedules and maintain strict confidentiality.
