Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize full-funnel digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
  • Plan and execute a high-volume content strategy (12+ weekly posts) across platforms
  • Develop sales materials including pitch decks, case studies, and proposals
  • Drive lead generation and nurturing through campaigns, email marketing, and partnerships
  • Coordinate marketing for events, expos, and trade shows
  • Manage both traditional and digital channels including radio, billboards, and website performance
  • Ensure brand consistency and manage marketing assets
  • Build media relationships and enhance company visibility
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support growth across markets

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, with hands-on paid ads experience
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads (required) and Google Ads (preferred)
  • Experience in B2B sectors such as agritech, fintech, FMCG, or development
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut/Adobe Premiere, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) is an added advantage
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
