SQUARE Pharmaceuticals Kenya EPZ Limited is seeking qualified and experienced Kenyan professionals to fill the following positions:

1. Executive, Engineering (Mechanical) – 1 Position

Nationality: Kenyan Only
Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and ensure the availability of spare parts for utility machinery.
• Oversee the installation, commissioning, and qualification of utility equipment.
• Maximize resource utilization and enhance machinery productivity.
• Ensure timely documentation upon completion of tasks in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Conduct routine reviews and updates of SOPs, EOPs, and ECPs.
• Implement proper Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) based on observations or recommendations from internal and external regulatory authorities.
• Report deviations and quality incidents in operational processes.
• Initiate Change Control Requests (CCR) and Change Deviation Reports (CDR) where applicable, and ensure completion of required actions.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

2. Officer, Calibration – 1 Position

Nationality: Kenyan Only
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine calibration activities for equipment and instruments.
• Prepare and maintain calibration-related documentation, including certificates and monthly and annual schedules.
• Maintain valid calibration certificates and records for all standard equipment.
• Coordinate the calibration of primary standards with accredited local agents.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
