We Are Hiring: Programme Mentors (5 Positions) – Equal Community Foundation (ECF)

Job Description

Equal Community Foundation (ECF) is seeking passionate and committed individuals to join our team as Programme Mentors. This is a community-based, field-focused role that involves working closely with adolescents, facilitating critical conversations around gender, and contributing to the creation of safer, more equal communities.

The ideal candidates are individuals who believe in gender justice, enjoy engaging with young people, and are eager to learn and grow within a supportive and inclusive work environment. As a Programme Mentor, you will play a key role in guiding adolescents, challenging harmful norms, and promoting positive social change at the grassroots level.

We strongly encourage fresh graduates and early-career professionals with 0–1 year of experience to apply. Prior experience is not mandatory; enthusiasm, commitment, and a willingness to learn are highly valued.
