On behalf of a reputable resort in Kiambu, Excelon Limited is seeking to hire a skilled and dependable Storekeeper to oversee inventory and support procurement operations.
Position Details
- Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
- Location: Kiambu
- Experience Required: 2–3 Years
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma
- Industry: Procurement / Stores / Supply Chain
Key Duties
- Receive and verify deliveries against purchase orders
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records (manual and digital systems)
- Track stock levels and coordinate replenishment
- Issue supplies based on authorized requests
- Perform routine stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Ensure proper storage practices, including FIFO compliance
- Assist in supplier follow-ups and procurement coordination
- Prepare inventory status and stock movement reports
- Adhere to internal control procedures and audit standards
Requirements
- Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 2–3 years’ experience in storekeeping, preferably within hospitality or resort operations
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- High integrity and accountability
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
