Job Description
ALX Africa is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead learner acquisition and growth in Kenya. This role is ideal for a results-oriented marketer experienced in paid media, conversion tracking, and campaign optimisation across platforms such as Meta and Google.
The successful candidate will manage end-to-end digital campaigns, from strategy and setup to execution and scaling. You will optimise performance across the funnel – driving awareness, leads, and enrollments – while focusing on key metrics such as cost per acquisition, conversion rates, and return on investment. A strong emphasis will be placed on continuous A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget efficiency.
You will also be responsible for building and maintaining a reliable tracking ecosystem using tools like Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager, ensuring accurate attribution and performance measurement. Developing dashboards and reports to monitor campaign performance, identify insights, and guide decision-making will be central to your role.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will align marketing campaigns with recruitment goals and broader organisational objectives. This position requires a highly analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
Candidates should have at least five years of experience in performance marketing, strong technical expertise in tracking and analytics tools, and a proven track record of delivering measurable growth.
