Job Title: Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across our three curtain stores, each at a different stage of growth. Your main mission will be to ensure every customer enjoys a smooth, reliable experience—from order to installation—while consistently delivering beautiful curtains within 3–5 days. You will align teams, systems, and processes to meet customer expectations, improve efficiency, and strengthen our brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities
As Operations Manager, you will oversee the full customer journey, ensuring orders are processed, produced, delivered, and installed on time. You will manage store operations, coach and support department heads, and resolve operational bottlenecks before they affect clients. You will also lead hiring and onboarding of operational staff, maintain strong inventory controls to avoid stock-outs, and uphold quality standards that reduce waste and damage.

You will track performance using clear data and provide weekly reports with insights and recommendations to the Founder. Working closely with sales and marketing, you will help improve conversion rates, client satisfaction, and brand perception through excellent operational delivery.

Performance Expectations
Success in this role will be measured by on-time delivery, high customer satisfaction, reduced complaints, strong team performance, efficient stock management, and improved revenue outcomes across all three stores.

Compensation

  • Gross salary: KSh 80,000 per month
  • Quarterly performance bonus based on delivery timelines, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
