We are seeking a Networking Intern who is passionate about networking technologies and eager to gain real-world experience in live network environments and Network Operations Center (NOC) activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the NOC team in monitoring network performance, availability, and uptime.
• Learn and apply IP addressing, subnetting, and basic network configuration concepts.
• Support routing and switching tasks under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Participate in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving network issues.
• Document network configurations, incidents, and resolutions accurately.
• Adhere to company policies and network security best practices.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing, routing, and switching.
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting.
