We are seeking a motivated Networking Intern who is eager to gain practical exposure in real-world network environments, including IP addressing, routing and switching, troubleshooting, and Network Operations Center (NOC) functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the NOC team in monitoring network availability, performance, and incidents.
• Apply foundational concepts in IP addressing, subnetting, and network configuration.
• Assist with basic routing and switching tasks under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Participate in diagnosing network issues and proposing potential solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
• Adhere to company policies, network security standards, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of networking principles, including IP addressing, routing, and switching.
• Exposure to network troubleshooting tools is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
