Area Head of Customer Success

Job Type: Full-Time
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND

Key Responsibilities

Drive Customer Success Partner (CSP) Standardization:

  • Ensure CSP processes and systems are consistently adopted.
  • Offload transactional tasks to OTS according to the offshoring catalogue, maintaining clear roles between CSPs and OTS.
  • Enforce adherence to sales minimum standards for CSPs.

Drive Sales Performance and Productivity:

  • Leverage insights tools to improve performance across Regions/Areas in collaboration with the Regional Pipeline and Performance Lead.
  • Influence and implement performance-enhancing actions via SLT.
  • Scale local Integrated Solutions across customers through CSPs.

Strategic Partner to Area Sales Manager:

  • Align Area execution with regional sales strategy and tools.
  • Support sales coverage processes, ensuring timely and high-quality plan execution.
  • Use insights from Regional Sales Operations to prioritize actions within SLT.

Ad Hoc Responsibilities:

  • Support pilots, system rollouts, and gemba visits.
  • Maintain local data hygiene in line with regional and global standards.

 

Who We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Maritime Studies
  • 7–10 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain management
  • Proven experience leading high-volume logistics operations teams
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail under pressure in fast-paced environments

Customer Solutions Partner

  • Translate customer and vertical needs into actionable value propositions.
  • Identify cross-vertical opportunities and bundle relevant products.
  • Provide customer insights to product teams and support sales in identifying pain points.
  • Lead strategic initiatives across functions and ensure clear internal translation of requirements.
  • Facilitate business case creation and financial projections with Solution Engineers.

Drive Sales Effectiveness & Execution:

  • Improve win rates through structured sales processes.
  • Manage solution opportunities and ensure smooth handover to implementation.
  • Engage stakeholders to enhance customer buying experience.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality customer responses and communicate progress to senior leadership.
  • Promote cross-functional and cross-Area collaboration within and beyond OMEB processes.

Scale, Institutionalize & Enable:

  • Bundle and scale global/local solutions using local customer knowledge where relevant.
  • Promote adoption of scalable solutions and share best practices.
  • Coach sales teams on solution processes and contribute to the solutions community.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Maritime Studies
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in end-to-end supply chain management
  • Customer-centric with a high-level understanding of product features and benefits
  • CRM and ERP proficiency with proven data accuracy management
  • Experience troubleshooting customer challenges
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail
