About M-KOPA Solar
M-KOPA’s mission is to make high-quality energy affordable for everyone. So far, the company has connected more than 400,000 homes across Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda to clean solar power, with over 550 new homes added every day. Its 8W battery-powered system includes three lights, a mobile-phone charging port, and a solar-powered radio. Customers can also access a 20W system that comes with a digital TV.
