1. Specialist, Robotics Process Automation (RPA)

Role Overview

The RPA Specialist will identify automation opportunities across Loop DFS operations and implement intelligent workflows to optimize core systems, infrastructure, and business processes. The position focuses on designing and deploying secure, high-performance automation solutions using leading RPA technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Development & Support (50%)

• Build, enhance, and sustain a scalable RPA framework aligned with operational needs.
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain bots to ensure accuracy, resilience, and reliability.
• Improve process efficiency while minimizing operational errors within production environments.

Process Improvement (20%)

• Evaluate existing workflows to pinpoint automation potential.
• Optimize deployed bots for enhanced speed, stability, and performance.

Collaboration & Governance (20%)

• Partner with IT Operations, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Business teams to deliver fit-for-purpose automation solutions.
• Uphold data security, regulatory standards, and internal compliance policies.

Architecture & Technical Review (10%)

• Assess system architecture to determine dependencies, risks, integration points, and provide automation recommendations with clear timelines.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience implementing RPA in highly digitized environments.
• Hands-on expertise with tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Strong development skills in .NET (C#), JavaScript, Python, HTML, and CSS.
• Solid knowledge of workflow automation and fintech systems.

2. Senior Manager, UX Design

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, UX Design will define and champion LOOP’s digital experience strategy. This leader will shape a unified wallet experience, ensuring product and technology decisions reinforce long-term platform consistency and customer trust. Working closely with executive leadership, the role embeds design as a strategic driver of business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate a clear design philosophy for LOOP’s ecosystem across payments, credit, and engagement channels.
• Translate platform strategy into practical design principles and frameworks for product teams.
• Provide executive-level guidance, challenging decisions that compromise user experience integrity.
• Lead and mentor internal and outsourced design teams, cultivating strategic design thinking.
• Implement quality governance processes including design critiques and review rituals.
• Ensure consistency across mobile apps, USSD, and other customer touchpoints.
• Balance regulatory, business, technical, and customer considerations in all experience decisions.

Candidate Profile

Essential Experience

• Minimum 7 years in UX or product design, including 3 years at a strategic leadership level.
• Proven experience shaping and executing a design vision within fintech or digital financial services.
• Demonstrated influence at executive level, defending design decisions with commercial insight.
• Strong foundation in research, interaction design, architecture, and visual systems.
• Experience building and managing high-performing design teams.

Highly Preferred

• Experience in platform, wallet, or super-app environments.
• Exposure to African markets and regulated ecosystems.
• Background in service design, design systems, or design operations.
