About EduSpots
EduSpots is an innovative UK and Ghanaian registered charity that connects, trains, and equips grassroots voluntary educators, called ‘Catalysts’, to lead community-driven change through education spaces known as ‘Spots’.
Since 2016, EduSpots has collaborated with over 400 Catalysts, supporting 50 communities to establish and manage their own education spaces. Together, we are developing a globally relevant community-led education model that empowers local actors and learners alike.

About This Role
The Global Head of Operations is a new senior role launching in 2026, with the core purpose of strengthening systems, processes, and strategic delivery across both EduSpots Global and EduSpots Ghana.
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with the CEO, offering strategic advice and operational support
- Lead and strengthen project management, finance, HR, and MEL systems
- Support organisational growth and complex fundraising initiatives
- Enable more learners and Catalysts to participate in EduSpots’ community-led education model
- Share EduSpots’ best practices more widely
This role offers significant organisational responsibility and potential growth into a Director of Global Operations or Deputy CEO position for outstanding candidates.
Who We’re Looking For
- A strategic and empathetic leader with strong organisational skills
- Experience or developing skills in project management, finance, HR, and MEL
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving and flexible environment
- Passion for educational equity and belief in community-led education
- Understanding of UK law, accounting, and policy development, or willingness to learn quickly
