Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and brand strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead digital marketing, content strategy, social media, PR, and advertising campaigns
• Drive brand consistency across all touchpoints and customer journeys
• Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact campaigns
• Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and agency relationships

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle brands
• Strong digital marketing and brand management expertise
• Excellent storytelling, leadership, and project management skills
• Commercially minded with a data-driven approach to decision-making
