Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and corporate clients.
- Respond to inquiries and address complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor student attendance and follow up with absentees when necessary.
- Coordinate and schedule make-up classes.
- Collect, review, and analyze student feedback to improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.
- Assist with enrollment procedures and other administrative processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Communications, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and emotionally intelligent.
