The East Africa Markets Development Associates (EAMDA) is recruiting Youth Enterprise Coaches (YECs) across 34 counties in Kenya under the Financial Inclusion for Youth and MSMEs in Agriculture (FIYMA) program.

This opportunity is designed for ambitious young professionals eager to drive impact in Kenya’s agricultural sector.

You qualify if you:

• Are 30 years or below
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Commerce, Agribusiness, or Cooperative Management
• Have CPA Part I or higher
• Are ready for field-based engagement
• Are passionate about coaching, challenging, and scaling youth-led MSMEs and agricultural groups
