Dot Glasses is seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Coordinator to support its growing operations and expand access to affordable eye care. The organization’s mission is to make eyeglasses accessible to underserved communities, addressing a major global gap where millions lack basic vision care.
The Field Coordinator will serve as the link between the central team and field operations, ensuring strong sales performance, partner engagement, and community impact. Key responsibilities include driving sales through field activations, recruiting and supporting distribution partners such as clinics, retailers, and NGOs, and improving product visibility and performance across outlets. The role also involves conducting training for partners and field staff on product use, customer engagement, and sales techniques.
Additionally, the coordinator will organize community outreach activities including eye-care camps and awareness campaigns in schools, markets, and workplaces. Collecting field insights, monitoring sales trends, and providing regular reports will be essential in guiding strategy and improving service delivery. The role also requires overseeing logistics, stock distribution, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Ideal candidates should have a diploma or degree in business, marketing, public health, or a related field, with 2–4 years of experience in field sales, community engagement, or distribution. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to travel.
The position offers a salary of KES 30,000–35,000, performance bonuses, travel support, and health benefits.
