Women First Digital (WFD), a fully remote global femtech organization, is seeking an experienced Communications & Marketing Manager to join its Marketing and Innovations team. This 12-month contract role, with the possibility of renewal, is open to candidates worldwide, with preference for applicants based in Asia, Africa, or South America. Fluency in English is required, while additional languages are a strong advantage.

Contract Duration: 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance and organizational needs
Compensation & Benefits: Annual salary ranging between USD 26,000 and USD 28,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package in line with WFD policy, including paid annual leave, sick leave, recognized national holidays, and a medical allowance
WFD works at the intersection of technology and sexual and reproductive health, delivering accurate, stigma-free digital solutions that connect users to abortion care, contraception, and provider education. Through its platforms – safe2choose.org, HowToUseAbortionPill.org, and FindMyMethod.org – the organization reaches millions of people each year with reliable information, counselling, and referrals that support informed health decisions.
The Communications & Marketing Manager will play a central role in shaping and executing integrated digital marketing and communication strategies that strengthen WFD’s brands and expand their global impact. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Strategy and Innovations, the role involves managing digital content, overseeing brand consistency, leading creative production for online and offline initiatives, and ensuring messaging is inclusive, accurate, and audience-centered.
Key responsibilities include content strategy development, social media and website management, SEO-informed storytelling, community engagement, campaign performance tracking, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners. The role also bridges digital presence with physical visibility through event materials and conference participation.
The position offers an annual compensation of USD 26,000–28,000, alongside benefits aligned with WFD policy, including paid leave, sick days, national holidays, and a medical allowance.
