About the Role
Soove Gifts, a Nairobi-based lifestyle brand known for thoughtfully curated gift hampers for individuals and corporate clients, is seeking a Digital Marketing & Sales Associate to join its growing team. This is a full-time, hands-on role ideal for a creative and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Content

• Plan, create, and publish engaging digital content such as reels, stories, and carousel posts.
• Maintain active social media pages by following a structured weekly content schedule.
• Capture high-quality content in-store, during gift packaging, and at events while upholding the brand’s visual identity and tone.

Social Media Engagement

• Manage daily interactions by responding to comments and direct messages in a timely manner.
• Build and nurture an online community while monitoring engagement and content performance.

Paid Advertising

• Set up, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Track ad performance and spending, and share brief weekly performance summaries.

Sales and Customer Support

• Respond to customer enquiries, especially during peak periods, and offer gift recommendations.
• Assist the sales team with packaging and order fulfillment when demand is high.

Offline Marketing Activities

• Take part in pop-up markets and brand activations, including booth setup and customer interaction.
• Capture content during offline events for digital use.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2–3 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media management, or retail marketing.
• Proficiency in content creation using Canva and a smartphone.
• Experience selling and marketing through WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Working knowledge of Meta ads.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a small, dynamic team.
• Interest in e-commerce, gifting, or lifestyle brands.
