LeadGreen Fellowship Opens Applications for Cohort III

The LeadGreen Fellowship is a pan-African leadership and climate action initiative designed to nurture the next generation of environmental leaders across the continent. The program targets young Africans who are passionate about addressing climate change, advancing sustainability, and driving environmental development within their communities.

Through a structured leadership and learning framework, the fellowship equips participants with practical climate knowledge, leadership skills, mentorship, and access to a vibrant pan-African network of changemakers working in climate action, sustainability, and social impact.

About LeadGreen Fellowship – Cohort III

Cohort III is a 16-week intensive program tailored for young Africans who are ready to move from ideas to action. The fellowship focuses on building leadership capacity while supporting fellows to design and implement real-world, community-based climate solutions.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

• Be aged between 20 and 30 years
• Be citizens of any African country
• Demonstrate a strong interest in climate action, sustainability, or environmental impact
• Show commitment to leadership and personal development
• Be available to actively participate throughout the 16-week program
• Be motivated to apply acquired skills to community impact initiatives
