RAY AI Inc is hiring full-time Remote Assistants to work with entrepreneurs across the United States and Europe. As a Remote Assistant (a “RAY”), you will support founders by managing key aspects of their professional and personal lives—helping them stay organized, efficient, and focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain an efficient inbox and email-management system.
• Protect and optimize the entrepreneur’s time through effective calendar coordination.
• Manage communication, tasks, meetings, and scheduling seamlessly.
• Arrange domestic and international travel for both business and personal needs.
• Conduct in-depth online research and prepare detailed reports, such as competitor analyses.

What We Are Looking For

• Highly motivated individuals committed to operational excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong problem-solving ability (assessed during the evaluation process).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (C2 level).
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with modern productivity tools and willingness to learn new AI technologies.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage priorities effectively.
