We are hiring a Project Manager – Tech & AI to support Moyee Coffee, a company transforming the coffee industry through transparency, technology, and FairChain impact.

Job Details

• Job Type: Full Time, Remote
• Location: Nairobi (collaboration with teams in the Netherlands)
• Experience: 2–3 years
• Education: BA/BSc/HND in Computer Science, Technology, or related fields
• Field: ICT, Computer Science, Project Management
• Salary Range: KSh 50,000 – KSh 100,000 per month
• Contract: Full-time

About Moyee Coffee

Moyee Coffee is on a mission to reshape the global coffee industry. The company champions radical transparency—showing how much farmers earn, how much coffee is roasted locally, and the real impact created across the entire chain.

To make this possible, Moyee has built digital tools that track every step of a coffee bean’s journey, from the farm to the final cup. The next stage of growth requires a tech-savvy project manager who can blend innovation, structure, and AI to elevate these systems even further.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate international tech teams across Poland, India, Pakistan, and the Netherlands
• Manage the development and improvement of digital transparency tools and data platforms
• Contribute directly to technical tasks, including debugging, optimization, and small feature builds
• Integrate AI tools to automate processes, enhance insights, and improve dashboard functionality
• Turn data and traceability systems into user-friendly, scalable business tools
• Connect impact storytelling with tech development to show how FairChain projects create real value

What You Bring

A proactive project manager with strong technical abilities and a passion for purpose-driven work.

Hard Skills

• SQL & database management (Google Cloud Console)
• js / React / Node.js
• JavaScript & TypeScript
• API development & integrations
• GeoServer or similar tools
• Mapbox GL JS (added advantage)
• QField (added advantage)
• Experience with AI-assisted development (GitHub Copilot, OpenAI API, LangChain, etc.)
• Understanding of how to use AI for data processing, visualization, and coding

Soft Skills

• Ability to manage international teams across time zones
• Strong organizational and creative thinking abilities
• Good balance between speed, stability, and scalability in project execution
• Passion for impact-driven innovation and technology
