Kalyet Afya Foundation is seeking a dedicated professional to join its growing community health and development programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about community engagement and committed to creating a meaningful impact.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Public Health, Social Sciences, Project Management, or related fields
- Minimum of 1 year experience in community health programs, SRHR, youth programs, or similar development initiatives
- Proven experience in project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting
- Strong community mobilization skills and ability to engage diverse groups
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel to various project sites
Additional Advantages:
- Training or certification in SRHR, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), safeguarding, or community facilitation
