Job Description

Kalyet Afya Foundation is seeking a dedicated professional to join its growing community health and development programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about community engagement and committed to creating a meaningful impact.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Public Health, Social Sciences, Project Management, or related fields
• Minimum of 1 year experience in community health programs, SRHR, youth programs, or similar development initiatives
• Proven experience in project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting
• Strong community mobilization skills and ability to engage diverse groups
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel to various project sites

Additional Advantages:

• Training or certification in SRHR, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), safeguarding, or community facilitation
