Bidvest International Logistics (BIL) is inviting unemployed South African youth to apply for the 2025 Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme. The initiative provides participants with valuable exposure to the logistics sector, offering hands-on experience in warehousing, transport, supply chain management, and professional workplace practices.
About the Programme
The YES Programme is part of the national Youth Employment Services partnership, aimed at tackling youth unemployment while providing meaningful workplace learning. Participants will complete 25 practical and theoretical modules over 12 months, delivered through the YES platform.

- Elandshaven, Germiston – Gauteng
- Bonaero Park, Kempton Park – Gauteng
- Rosslyn, Pretoria – Gauteng
- Paarden Eiland, Cape Town – Western Cape
- Port Elizabeth – Eastern Cape
- East London – Eastern Cape
Application Deadlines
- Gauteng locations: 21 November 2025
- Western Cape & Eastern Cape locations: 24 November 2025
Eligibility Requirements
- South African citizens between 18 and 34 years of age
- Must hold a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
- Must be unemployed and not enrolled in any academic studies during the programme
- Must not have participated in any YES Programme previously
- Strong interest in the transport and logistics sector
- Basic computer literacy, professionalism, and commitment are required
- Some locations may require a valid Code 08 driver’s license
Key Responsibilities
- Commit to the 12-month YES Programme
- Complete 25 theoretical and practical modules through the YES platform
- Compile and submit a portfolio of evidence upon programme completion
