Role Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within agreed timelines, scope, and budgets. The role involves coordinating teams, managing resources, engaging clients, and ensuring projects meet quality and contractual requirements, particularly within technology-driven environments.

Key Duties
• Define project goals, scope, and deliverables in consultation with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and execution plans
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth delivery
• Estimate and manage project resources, budgets, and timelines
• Track progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions where necessary
• Provide regular progress reports to management and clients
• Oversee contract execution and ensure client expectations are met
• Apply project management best practices and performance measurement tools
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Requirements
• 2–3 years’ experience in project management or related roles
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience managing projects end-to-end
• Background in contact centre or technology projects is an added advantage
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

 

CRM Configuration Specialist / Trainer
Job Type: Full Time

Field: ICT / Training

Role Overview
This role combines CRM system configuration with user training and support. The successful candidate will customize CRM platforms to meet business needs while empowering users through structured training and ongoing support.

Key Duties
• Configure CRM workflows, dashboards, fields, roles, and permissions
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations
• Test system changes and resolve configuration-related issues
• Coordinate advanced system customizations with developers or vendors
• Develop training plans, manuals, user guides, and learning materials
• Deliver CRM training sessions both physically and virtually
• Provide user support and recommend system improvements based on feedback
• Maintain system and training documentation

Requirements
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Solid understanding of CRM systems and business processes
