Key Responsibilities
• Greet and receive patients and visitors courteously and professionally
• Register patients and manage appointment scheduling
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide accurate information
• Handle administrative and front office duties efficiently
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records and information
Qualifications
• Certificate or Diploma in Customer Service, Business Administration, Front Office Operations, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
