Training Administrative Assistant

  • Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree is an added advantage)
  • Field: Administration / Training / Communication / Marketing

 

Position Overview

CLIG is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Training Administrative Assistant to support the coordination and delivery of leadership training programmes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in office administration, programme logistics, communication management, participant engagement, and marketing support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily office and administrative operations.
  • Organize meetings, schedules, and follow-up activities.
  • Handle official communication, correspondence, and client inquiries.
  • Support marketing campaigns and participant recruitment initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, briefs, and research materials.
  • Assist in managing digital communication channels, including social media and website updates.
  • Provide administrative support during training sessions and events.

 

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
  • At least three (3) years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated creativity, initiative, and marketing ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and graphic/design publishing tools.
  • Experience managing digital platforms, websites, and social media channels.
